CNO Financial Announces Director Retirement and Dividend

CNO Financial (CNO) has released an update.

Stephen N. David, Director of CNO Financial Group, Inc., will retire from the Board after his term ends at the 2024 annual shareholders meeting, with no disputes influencing his departure. Additionally, CNO declared a $0.15 per share dividend, payable on March 22 to shareholders on record by March 8, and scheduled their annual meeting for May 9, 2024.
