CN Logistics International Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Zissis Jason Varsamidis as a non-executive Director and a member of the remuneration committee, effective 5 September 2024. Mr. Varsamidis brings nearly three decades of financial expertise to the role, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer for DP World Asia Pacific.
