CN Logistics International Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Zissis Jason Varsamidis as a non-executive Director and a member of the remuneration committee, effective 5 September 2024. Mr. Varsamidis brings nearly three decades of financial expertise to the role, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer for DP World Asia Pacific. The company welcomes his vast experience in strategic financial management as he joins the board without remuneration for his new positions.
