CN Logistics International Holdings Limited has announced the completion of its CS Seafreight Transaction, making DP World the new controlling shareholder and a connected person. The companies have entered into a mutual non-exclusive agency agreement for freight forwarding services until December 2026. This agreement now classifies as a continuing connected transaction, subjecting CN Logistics to specific disclosure and review requirements under the Listing Rules.
