CME Group (CME) has shared an update.
Michael G. Dennis is set to become the Senior Managing Director Global Head of Fixed Income at CME Group Inc. as of August 5, 2024. He has announced his retirement from the company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately, due to his new role and not because of any dispute. Dennis was a board member since 2020, representing Class B-2 shareholders. With no current successors, his board position will remain vacant until a future annual meeting.
