CMC Metals Ltd. has successfully raised $162,400 through an oversubscribed private placement, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Canadian mining company will issue over 4 million combined flow-through and non-flow-through units, with additional benefits for investors in the form of common share purchase warrants. The funds will support Canadian exploration expenses, with tax advantages promised to investors by the end of 2024.
