CMC Markets PLC successfully conducted its 2024 Annual General Meeting, with all proposed resolutions approved by shareholders, including the re-election of directors, the adoption of the remuneration report, and the approval of a final dividend of 7.3 pence per share. Notably, the resolutions regarding the director’s remuneration policy and the management equity plan received strong support, with over 98% votes in favor. The approved final dividend is slated for payment on August 9, 2024, to shareholders on record as of July 12, 2024.
