CMC Markets Plc has reported a series of conditional share awards to key executives as part of their Combined Incentive Plan. The transactions, which occurred outside of a trading venue on July 9, 2024, involved high-ranking officials such as the CEO, Deputy CEO, Head of Asia Pacific & Canada, and the CFO. The awarded shares were issued at nil cost, with the volumes awarded to each executive disclosed in the notification.
