CMBC Capital Holdings Limited’s fully-owned subsidiary, CMBC Investment (HK), has completed a substantial investment by acquiring Notes worth US$7 million in the over-the-counter market. These Notes, issued by BOCOM Leasing Management Hong Kong Company Limited and bearing interest linked to the SOFR Compounded Index, have a maturity date set for June 26, 2027. The investment, which is a disclosable transaction according to the Listing Rules, was entirely financed through the company’s internal resources.
