An announcement from Euronav ( (CMBT) ) is now available.
CMB.TECH NV reported its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 31 March 2026, posting a full-year profit of USD 139.1 million after a strong fourth quarter and growing revenue to USD 1.67 billion. The company expanded its contract backlog to USD 3.05 billion and booked capital gains of USD 192.6 million on 2025 vessel sales, with about USD 269.3 million of additional gains expected from first-quarter 2026 disposals.
Operationally, CMB.TECH accelerated a major fleet rejuvenation in 2025 with 17 newbuild deliveries, orders for nine additional vessels and the sale of 12 older ships, while signing landmark agreements with Fortescue and MOL for ammonia-powered vessels that support its decarbonisation positioning. Strategically, it completed the acquisition and merger of Golden Ocean, secured triple listings on NYSE, Euronext Brussels and Euronext Oslo, invested in the Chinese ammonia supply chain and continued to rebalance its portfolio in early 2026 through the sale of a Tankers International Pool stake, disposal of further VLCCs and Capesize vessels, and governance changes on its management and supervisory boards.
The most recent analyst rating on (CMBT) stock is a Buy with a EUR15.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Euronav stock, see the CMBT Stock Forecast page.
