CMB.TECH Confirms Supervisory Board Approval of $0.05 Interim Dividend

On 17 December 2025, CMB.TECH NV announced that its Supervisory Board had formally approved an interim dividend of 0.05 USD per share, which had been conditionally announced on 26 November 2025. The dividend is scheduled to be paid in mid-January 2026, with ex-dividend and record dates staggered between Euronext Brussels, the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext Oslo Børs to reflect the different T+1 and T+2 settlement cycles and the impact of Norway’s CSDR implementation, resulting in a slightly later distribution date for shares settled in the Norwegian VPS system. The entire interim dividend is subject to a 30% withholding tax unless exemptions or reductions apply, and the announcement underscores CMB.TECH’s ongoing capital return to shareholders across its multiple listing venues while aligning payout mechanics with varying settlement infrastructures and regulatory regimes.
