CM Energy Tech Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Wang Jianzhong and Mr. Chan Ngai Sang, Kenny from their positions as Directors, effective from 5 July 2024. The company also declared changes in its board committee composition, with Mr. Xue Jianzhong taking over as chairman of the Audit Committee, and Mr. Wu Wei appointed as the authorized representative for service of process in Hong Kong.
