CLS Holdings PLC has announced that its Board Chair, Lennart Sten, has been appointed as the Chair of the Board for Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB, a firm listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Exchange. The appointment was made effective immediately after receiving shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 28 June 2024.
