CLS Holdings Appoints BDO as New Auditor

CLS Holdings (GB:CLI) has released an update.

CLS Holdings plc has announced the appointment of BDO LLP as its new external auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, following the resignation of its previous auditor, Ernst & Young LLP. The company will seek shareholder approval for BDO’s appointment at the Annual General Meeting in April 2025. The transition comes with a statement ensuring no unresolved issues with the outgoing auditor, and CLS Holdings appreciates EY’s services over the past three years.
