Clps ( (CLPS) ) has issued an announcement.

On March 6, 2026, CLPS reported unaudited results for the six months ended December 31, 2025, showing revenue up 2.8% year over year to $85.1 million and net income rising 74.9% to $0.3 million, despite ongoing headwinds from a key client’s downsizing in China. The company’s IT consulting business remained the primary revenue driver, while customized IT solution services surged 134.7% to $2.2 million, and revenue generated outside mainland China grew 63.1% to $31.0 million as APAC and U.S. markets accelerated.

Management highlighted that strategic diversification away from mainland China, including new clients and more IT projects, helped offset a major client’s restructuring-driven impact and demonstrated operational resilience. CLPS showcased its digital transformation capabilities through AI and RPA initiatives such as its “Nibot” AI agent pilot with The Bank of East Asia and legacy system modernization for a Hong Kong bank, launched a Web3-ready stablecoin settlement platform, opened an offshore delivery center in Japan, and, after period-end, authorized a share repurchase program to signal confidence and support shareholder value.

The most recent analyst rating on (CLPS) stock is a Hold with a $1.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Clps stock, see the CLPS Stock Forecast page.
