CloudCoCo Group ( (GB:CLCO) ) has provided an announcement.
CloudCoCo reported a sharp drop in group revenue to £9.6 million for the year to 30 September 2025 after disposing of its legacy managed services units, but continuing operations generated £8.0 million and an improved Trading Group EBITDA of £80,000. The sale proceeds enabled full repayment of £6.2 million in loan notes, moving the group to net cash of about £0.6 million and total comprehensive profit of £2.6 million, while gross margins rose to around 15% before fees as automation drove efficiency.
With over half of e-commerce orders now processed without human intervention and plc costs cut to £0.5 million, CloudCoCo exited the year with an annualised revenue run-rate nearing £10 million and a lean 13-person workforce. Post year-end, shareholders backed a capital reorganisation and £275,000 fundraise to launch Project Brightstar, aimed at building an enterprise sales team and expanding higher-margin B2B procurement services, positioning the group to scale revenues beyond £10 million and strengthen margin quality in FY2026.
