CloudCoCo Group has agreed to sell its subsidiary, CloudCoCo Connect Limited, to The BE Company for £250,000, marking a strategic shift to focus on its IT value-added reseller and e-commerce businesses. The sale aims to enhance CloudCoCo’s ability to navigate future challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities, while maintaining the company’s focus on delivering enterprise-grade IT solutions. The transaction is expected to complete by the end of October 2024, following employment contract transfers.
