CloudCoCo Group PLC, a prominent UK-based IT services provider, has announced a board change with Non-Executive Director Jill Collighan stepping down to concentrate on her CFO role at MXC Capital Limited. Simon Duckworth will step in as the interim chair of the Audit Committee, while the company actively seeks a new Non-Executive Director. The Group thanks Collighan for her significant contributions since 2017.
