Cloudbreak Discovery PLC, a natural resource project generator listed on the London Stock Exchange, has published a Prospectus enabling the issuance of over 403 million new shares, following the approval by the Financial Conduct Authority. The issuance is part of a correction for previous convertible loan notes, conversion of outstanding debt, and capitalization of creditor services, with an expected effective Admission date around 31 July 2024. Directors Andrew Male, Emma Priestley, and Paul Gurney have participated in the issuance, subscribing to significant portions of the new shares.
