Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA has completed a share capital increase tied to its acquisition of 50% of a producing 132 MW onshore wind farm in Finland from Sampi Renewables Holding AS. The company issued 17,980,314 consideration shares, bringing its total share capital to NOK 84,021,234.50 divided into 336,084,938 shares, a move that strengthens its Nordic wind portfolio and supports its strategy of expanding renewable generation capacity in the region.
