Cloud Music Inc. has announced the grant of stock awards to certain employees under its 2022 Plan, with the awards vesting over three years and subject to performance targets. The stock awards were given at no purchase cost to the recipients, with a total vesting period of three years and a grant date market price of HK$95.75 per share. A clawback mechanism is in place, and the grantees do not have shareholder rights until the awards have vested.
