Clontarf Energy PLC has announced the grant of incentive share options to key management personnel totaling 160 million ordinary shares, with options vesting in three months and an exercise price set at the closing price on June 14, 2024. These new options, which are set to expire on June 15, 2031, now bring the total outstanding long-term incentive options to approximately 11.41% of the company’s issued share capital.
