Clínica Baviera has expanded its reach by acquiring the UK-based Optimax Group, with 19 clinics and a team of over 130, for approximately 11.7 million euros plus a variable amount tied to the Group’s future EBITDA. This strategic growth move marks the company’s entrance into the significant UK market, further solidifying its European presence.
