Clime Capital Limited has announced a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) for its existing Australia and New Zealand shareholders, allowing them to buy up to 37,000 shares at a discounted rate of $0.81 each without brokerage fees. The SPP shares will come with rights to the company’s September quarter fully franked dividend, aligning with a strategy to grow assets and reduce expenses for all shareholders. Funds from the SPP will be invested to target above-market returns and dividend yields higher than the broader ASX.
