ClimateRock is set to experience a shift in its board dynamics as independent directors Ms. Caroline Harding and Mr. Randolph Sesson, Jr. have both tendered their resignations, effective April 26, 2024. Their departures, announced within days of each other, are said to be due to personal reasons and not indicative of any disagreements with the company’s operations or policies. Both directors have served on the ClimateRock board for over two years, contributing their expertise since 2021 and 2022 respectively. The company is currently handling the procedural aspects of their resignations, including the opportunity for the directors to comment on the resignation disclosures.
