CLI Revamps Leadership to Drive Private Funds Growth

CapitaLand Investment Limited (SG:9CI) has released an update.

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) has strengthened its executive team to boost its private funds business, with several strategic appointments and a reorganization of its leadership structure. Mr. Simon Treacy will transition from his CEO role to a Senior Advisor position, while CLI’s Group CEO Mr. Lee Chee Koon will take over the Private Equity Real Assets division. Additionally, the company has welcomed Mr. Alan Tan as Managing Director to lead global capital raising initiatives, following a successful period where CLI raised S$1.1 billion and invested S$1.7 billion through its private funds.
