Clever Leaves Holdings Inc. has announced its decision to voluntarily delist its common shares and warrants from The Nasdaq Stock Market, aiming to deregister its securities to alleviate the financial and regulatory burdens associated with continued listing and reporting requirements. The move follows the company’s assessment of its likely non-compliance with Nasdaq’s listing standards and the high costs of regulatory compliance. Trading of the company’s securities on Nasdaq is expected to cease around May 16, 2024, with official deregistration to follow.
