Clenergen Corporation Faces Nasdaq Delisting and OTC Move

Clenergen Corporation (CRGE) has released an update.

Charge Enterprises, Inc. is facing delisting from the Nasdaq after failing to meet the Minimum Bid Price Requirement, with its stock price closing below $1.00 for 30 consecutive days and further dropping below $0.10. Despite transferring its listing and seeking an additional compliance period, Nasdaq denied the extension and is set to suspend trading of Charge’s stock on February 29, 2024. The company, not contesting the decision, plans to move its stock trading to the OTC Pink Market under the same symbol “CRGE.”
