ClearVue Technologies ( (AU:CPV) ) has provided an announcement.

ClearVue Technologies has sharply repositioned its operations, completing a restructuring program that cut cash burn by 52.7% and removed about $6.9 million in annualised costs, while final tail payments have eliminated legacy outflows. Management has refocused spending on high-impact marketing, R&D, IP and operational priorities to support a clearer path to commercialisation.

The company is advancing more than 80 projects in its pipeline across key regions, with around 60 full proposals submitted and rising engagement from Tier One property groups. Product certification for its Gen3 solar glass, metal-backed BIPV panels and related systems has progressed, while new hires, enhanced CRM tools and a refreshed marketing strategy aim to accelerate deal conversion and strengthen its position in the growing global BIPV market.

ClearVue is also deepening government engagement, including a presentation to a Victorian inquiry on renewable and affordable energy in multi-unit dwellings, which could support future policy-driven demand. Governance has been bolstered through the appointment of ESG-focused non-executive director Andrew Lau, underscoring the company’s efforts to professionalise its board as it targets international growth.
