ClearView Director’s Shareholding Increases

Clearview Wealth Limited (AU:CVW) has released an update.

ClearView Wealth Limited has announced a change in Director Geoffrey Murray Black’s interests, who has acquired an additional 2,881 ordinary shares at $0.59 each through the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, increasing his indirect holdings to 102,881 shares. This change in director’s interest has been reported to ASX in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.2.
