ClearView Wealth Limited has announced a significant change in its shareholding structure, with Crescent Capital Partners divesting 73,114,246 ClearView shares to sophisticated and institutional investors at $0.59 each. Despite the sell-down, Crescent will maintain a 34.59% stake in ClearView, subject to an escrow period lasting until November 2024. This move does not affect Crescent’s control over ClearView, with a ‘cleansing notice’ issued as a precautionary measure.
