Clear Secure, Inc. has appointed Peter Scher, Vice Chairman of JPMorganChase, as a director and member of the Nominating Committee. Scher brings a wealth of experience from his various leadership roles within JPMorganChase and his previous government positions, including U.S. Special Trade Ambassador. His expertise in financial services, healthcare, and business strategy is expected to greatly benefit the Board. Scher will receive the standard compensation for his role and has no undisclosed arrangements or conflicts of interest relating to his appointment.
