Clear Blue Technologies International, Inc. (TSE:CBLU) has released an update.

Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. will unveil its 2023 annual financial results on May 29, 2024, and will host a conference call to discuss the outcomes and field questions. The company has received a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) from the BCSC due to delayed filing of its annual financial statements, but this does not affect shareholders’ ability to trade. Clear Blue commits to issuing bi-weekly updates until the financial statements are filed and the MCTO is lifted.
