CleanTech Lithium PLC has informed the public that its former CEO, Aldo Boitano, no longer holds any interest in the company’s shares following a loan agreement with High West Capital Partners LLC. Nearly 6.7 million shares previously owned by Boitano have been distributed to various third parties, with the lender exercising control over the remaining shares. The company has struggled to obtain detailed information from the lender about these dealings.
