CleanTech Lithium PLC has raised approximately £2.1 million through new loan notes after terminating a £1 million convertible loan note agreement due to non-payment. These funds will support the company’s current operations and its upcoming dual-listing on the Australian Securities Exchange. The new loan notes, accompanied by warrants, are expected to be a short-term solution, with repayment planned from the proceeds of a future capital raise tied to the ASX listing.
