CleanTech Lithium PLC has successfully acquired full ownership of the 23 Laguna Verde licences, consolidating control over the entire 108 licence Laguna Verde project, to enhance shareholder value and reduce risk. The acquisition aligns with plans for a dual-listing on the Australian Securities Exchange and has been funded through £1 million in convertible loan notes issued on favorable terms. This strategic move is expected to support the company’s long-term returns and simplifies future payment arrangements to the vendors of the licences.
