CleanTech Lithium Eyes ASX Listing and A$20M Raise

CleanTech Lithium PLC (GB:CTL) has released an update.

CleanTech Lithium PLC, a leader in sustainable lithium extraction, is set to raise up to A$20M through a dual-listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) to fund its advanced lithium projects in Chile. The company, already listed on AIM, is leveraging Direct Lithium Extraction technology for its key projects, including Laguna Verde, aiming to produce environmentally friendly battery-grade lithium for the EV and energy storage markets. With a planned ASX listing date around 24 September 2024, CleanTech Lithium seeks to expand its investor base and capitalize on Australia’s familiarity with the lithium sector.
