Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited ( (IN:CLEANMAX) ) has issued an announcement.
CleanMax reported strong operational and financial momentum for the first nine months of FY 2026, highlighted by 33% EBITDA growth and rapid expansion of its renewable portfolio. The company’s operational energy sales capacity has reached 3.0 GW, supporting an annualised EBITDA run-rate of about INR 1,800 crore from energy sales alone, while total contracted energy sales capacity has scaled to 5.7 GW.
During the first 11 months of FY 2026, CleanMax commissioned 1.3 GW of new capacity, mostly solar, across seven Indian states, and plans to bring the remaining 2.7 GW of contracted capacity online over the next 24 months. Demand from the data and AI sector has emerged as a key growth engine, now accounting for 42% of contracted capacity, and the company has complemented its core energy sales with an additional 0.5 GW of operational RE services and 0.75 GW contracted in that segment.
The company also holds a 4.8 GW mid- and early-stage power evacuation pipeline yet to be tied to customers, underscoring future growth potential. Execution discipline remains a differentiator, with the 1.3 GW incremental capacity delivered at about 97% of budgeted cost, consistent with its track record of building projects at 95–98% of sanctioned costs over the past three fiscal years.
