Cleanaway Director Increases Shareholding

Cleanaway Waste Management Ltd. (AU:CWY) has released an update.

Cleanaway Waste Management Ltd. has reported a change in director Jackie McArthur’s interest in the company, where McArthur acquired an additional 275 and 267 ordinary shares through IAN MCARTHUR & ASSOCIATES PTY LTD and IAN MCARTHUR HOLDINGS PTY LTD, respectively, as part of a dividend reinvestment plan. The transactions were valued at $2.8917 per share, resulting in McArthur’s increased holding to 31,444 and 30,551 ordinary shares in the respective entities.
