Classic Minerals Ltd., an expanding West Australian-based minerals company, has announced the resignation of non-executive director Mr. Stephen O’Grady for personal reasons, effective October 15, 2024. The company’s Chairman, John Lester, acknowledged O’Grady’s significant contributions, particularly to the Kat Gap project. Classic, which is focused on its flagship Kat Gap Gold Project and other high-grade gold and base metal targets, will continue operations with a Board of four independent non-executive directors.
