Clarke Inc. reports a successful fiscal year with net income rising to $3.4 million and comprehensive income reaching $17.1 million, marking significant growth from the previous year. Hotel operations drove profits, contributing to an 8% increase in book value per common share. The fourth quarter particularly shone with a $7.5 million net income, largely due to an $8.1 million gain from exiting a joint operation.
