CLARA Resources Welcomes New Director

Aus Tin Mining Limited (AU:C7A) has released an update.

CLARA RESOURCES AUSTRALIA LIMITED has announced the appointment of Peter Westerhuis as a director on 11th October 2024, with an initial interest in the company that includes 2.5 million ordinary shares, a combination of 2.9 million options, and 200,000 performance rights related to the Ashford Coking Coal Project. Furthermore, Westerhuis holds a beneficial interest in 1 million ordinary shares and 1 million options through the Piersand Super Fund.
