CLARA Resources Australia Ltd has announced a new proposal for the issuance of 11,100,000 ordinary fully paid securities under the ASX code C7A, set to take place on May 3, 2024. The move, aimed at raising capital through a placement or other issuance types, is pending approval from the ASX for quotation on a deferred settlement basis.
