Clara Resources Australia Limited is set to bolster its financial position through a non-renounceable rights issue aimed at raising approximately $1.67 million. The capital raised will be used to repay loans related to the Ashford Coking Coal Project, cover the costs of the rights issue, and provide additional working capital. The offer, which is not underwritten, is open to eligible shareholders in select countries, excluding the People’s Republic of China.
