Clara Resources Launches $1.7 Million Entitlement Offer

Aus Tin Mining Limited (AU:C7A) has released an update.

Clara Resources Australia Limited is launching an accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $1.7 million, issuing new shares at $0.006 each. The offer is aimed at reducing debt, funding exploration, and boosting working capital, with Foster Stockbroking managing the process. The offer includes both institutional and retail shareholders, with new shares expected to be issued by the end of December 2024.
