An announcement from Aus Tin Mining Limited ( (AU:C7A) ) is now available.
Clara Resources Australia has completed the first modern, fully integrated digital geochemistry database for its Mareeba Gold Project in North Queensland, consolidating extensive historical exploration data from Western Mining Corporation. The database covers thousands of soil, stream sediment and rock chip samples and reveals coincident gold anomalies over about 15 kilometres, indicating a potentially large mineralised system.
Historical sampling at Mareeba returned high gold values, including rock chips grading up to 52 g/t Au, soil samples up to 1.32 g/t Au and stream sediments up to 5.24 g/t Au, supporting the view that the project could host substantial gold mineralisation. Clara is using this enhanced geochemical platform to refine target definition and ranking, with field work ramping up to deliver drill-ready targets and underpin a planned maiden drilling program at the project.
