CK Hutchison Holdings Limited has announced that dividends declared in 2017 and not claimed by 15 August 2024 will be forfeited and revert to the company. Shareholders who have not yet claimed their dividends for the 2017 interim and final payouts are urged to contact the company’s Hong Kong share registrar before the specified deadline. This forfeiture is in accordance with the company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Association.
