Civmec Australia Limited, soon to be renamed ‘Civmec Limited’, has confirmed that all conditions precedent for the implementation of the Scheme, as outlined in their Information Memorandum, are satisfied. The company also affirms that its Implementation Agreement and Deed Poll remain in full effect, ensuring immediate market notification if any material changes arise prior to their securities being quoted on the ASX.
