The City of London Investment Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 139,986 of its own shares at 420.7046p each, which will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, the total issued ordinary share capital remains at 502,664,868 shares, with 8,301,867 held in Treasury. This action results in a total of 33,017,215 voting rights available in the company.
