City Developments Limited (CDL) successfully conducted its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) with key directors and management in attendance, including Executive Chairman Mr. Kwek Leng Beng and Group CEO Mr. Sherman Kwek. The AGM was held both in-person at M Hotel Singapore and electronically, ensuring broad accessibility on April 24, 2024. Key management, company secretaries, auditors from KPMG LLP, and independent scrutineers were also present to oversee the meeting’s proceedings.
