Citigroup Global Markets Australia Pty Limited and its affiliates have become substantial shareholders in Syrah Resources Ltd, holding a 5.2106% stake as of June 19, 2024. The group’s interest in Syrah Resources is largely through securities lending agreements and stock market transactions. Citigroup’s various entities have acquired over 53 million ordinary shares, with detailed transactions listed in Annexure A.
